RETURN POLICY

  • To return any product please visit our website here; RMA and fill out the form displayed to get an RMA number.
  • Returns WILL NOT be accepted unless they can be identified by a valid RMA number issued by VOLUTE INSTRUMENTS.
  • Return shipping, insurance, and handling is the responsibility of the customer. Credits will not be issued until the product is received in acceptable condition.
  • Once the item has been used it is not returnable.
  • Any claim for incorrect shipment, faulty or damaged goods on delivery, must be made within ten (10) working days of receipt of goods.
  • Custom products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
  • Product will only be accepted for exchange/credit if received in sell-able condition. Product must be returned in the original sealed package to be accepted for replacement or credit.
  • A restocking fee will apply to any product returned for reasons other than defect or damage. The Restocking Fee Schedule is as follows:
    • 20% for items returned within 15 days
    • 30% for items returned between 15-45 days
    • No credit after 45 days
    • Shipping fees will not be credited.
  • All returned product must include all accessories, manuals, or other documentation that were originally shipped with product. We are not responsible for additional damages made resulting from improper packaging of your equipment on sending it back.
  • VOLUTE INSTRUMENTS cannot be responsible for return shipping losses. Please allow 3 to 4 weeks from the time we receive your returned merchandise for your refund to be issued.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@voluteinstruments.com.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
